Hotel Policies

  • All rates based on single or double occupancy
  • Extra adults in room $15.00 per person
  • Children 12 and under stay free
  • Proper ID Required, must be 21 to register for a room.
  • All rates are subject to 11% state occupancy tax
  • Two night minimum may be required on weekends
  • Three night minimum may be required on holiday weekends
  • One night’s deposit is required to guarantee reservation
  • A $2.00 per day resort fee will be added to final cost
  • 72 hour cancellation notice required to receive refund
  • $25.00 service charge on all cancellations
  • Check-in at 4:00 pm. Check-out at 11:00 am
  • Pet Fee Seasonal April 1st through October 31st $50.00 1st dog and $25.00 2nd dog, November 1st through March 31st $30.00 1st dog and $15.00 2nd dog daily. If your dog injures anyone you will be held financially and legally responsible.

Prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in US dollars, and are subject to availability at time of reservation. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Rates do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Offers are not applicable to groups, nor can they be combined with other special offers or promotions.
